Matthew has over 14 years experience and is responsible for managing the acquisitions, disposals, funding and development opportunities of Becton Investment Management. He coordinates and oversees the investment approval process to ensure that all investment decisions are made in line with the company's investment products. In addition, Matthew plays a key role in the development of new product offerings.

Matthew was previously employed with Cbus Industry Superfund and was responsible for investing over $250 million in various property opportunities, and was awarded the Young Property Achiever of the Year 2002 by the Australian Property Institute for his contributions.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma of Property, Graduate Diploma of Applied Investment and Finance and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria.
