Damian has spent 14 years with Becton Constructions designing, managing and delivering some of Becton's most prestigious developments. Projects include hotels, retail, retirement complexes and more recently the delivery of over 700 dwellings in Port Melbourne and Becton’s outstanding signature project, The Esplanade Apartments in St Kilda.

Damian has had 25 years acquiring a wealth of knowledge in many building facets including commercial office spaces, industrial sites, aged care facilities and domestic building.
